Courses & Programs
We offer a wide range of programs, from introductory classes for young children to non-competitive training for individuals seeking personal development, improving health and fitness and cultural appreciation and competitive athletes who seek to compete on national and international level. Through our carefully structured lessons, students improve their physical fitness, develop fundamental Wushu skills and foster positive character traits such as respect, discipline, perseverance and humility.
Wushu
(Introductory)
The introductory Wushu curriculum for children 5 years old and above is designed to provide a fun, engaging, and safe environment where young children can begin to explore the basics of Wushu. It aims to build resilience, improve psychomotor skills and physical fitness. The program focuses on developing fundamental physical skills, introducing basic Wushu techniques, and fostering positive character traits in an age-appropriate manner. The goal is to cultivate positive habits, build confidence, and lay a solid foundation for future Wushu practice.
Wushu
(Non-Competitive)
The curriculum for non-competitive Wushu aims to develop and cultivate holistic personal growth, cultural appreciation, and physical fitness. We focus on providing comprehensive development for our students, blending physical training with mental resilience and moral education in our lessons. Through practicing Wushu, we nurture positive character traits, attitudes, and behaviors, instilling values such as respect, discipline, perseverance, and humility. This approach fosters well-rounded development that extends beyond martial arts training, promoting positive influence in their work, studies, and daily life.
Wushu
(Competitive)
The curriculum for competitive Wushu is designed to prepare students for high level performance in Wushu competitions. It focuses on developing advanced technical skills, physical conditioning, strategic thinking, and mental toughness that mould students into high performing athletes. Through rigorous training and disciplined practiced, students are equipped to excel in competitions while embodying the core values of Wushu.
Holiday Adventure Camp
It's not all about training. Our Holiday Adventure Camps take learning beyond the classroom, bringing students to different places and allowing them to experience various outdoor activities that develop life skills, soft skills and character. We designed these camps to nurture leadership, build confidence and enhance communication skills, allowing children to step out of their comfort zone to engage in hands-on experiences that promote personal growth.
